No, we know life gets busy. 15 minutes before your auction goes live you will be notified with a reminder message. If you cannot attend it’s no problem, we will send you a notification to indicate a successful auction or a re list option. If your auction is successful Autobid60 will notify you once the buyer has paid their auction fee and prompt you to do so as well. Once the payments are both complete the auction is now closed and finalized for a merging of information between the seller and buyer to take place.

We strive to make sure each auction has as much correct information as possible. Accidents do happen and we understand that. In the event something is accidentally undisclosed as it may be a problem only someone mechanically inclined would pick up on a full refund will be given to both participating parties in the event the parties cannot come to an alternative agreement. If a problem is very prevalent and the seller fails to report this on the vehicle description purposefully then ONLY the buyer will be refunded and the seller will be penalized the auction fee of $75. In the unlikely event the same seller is penalized for the same infraction a second time they will be banned for life from using our App.

Yes, but the new and improved listing will be subject to re approval by our team to ensure the highest quality standards are still being followed.  This includes adding new pictures or adding extra information in the description.

A seller is charged a $75 auction fee upon the successful sale of their vehicle. This is a convenience fee more than anything as the auctions take just 60 minutes to complete and the seller has just made $100’s or $1000’s over dealer offers for their vehcile. On the flip side a “buyer” is charged a $75 premium  in exchange for the exclusive privilege to bid and purchase on local trade ins at prices between wholesale (dealer trade in appraisal value) and below the current retail market ask or sellers “wish” prices. This merging of eager buyers and motivated sellers has created a niche market reserved ONLY for Autobid60 users.

Yes, we encourage you to put a minimum acceptable price on your vehicle. We also want to make sure that sellers understand our database of buyers are constantly looking for the best deals which is why they continue to use our platform. So having an appraised value of your vehicle by a dealership or similar body is greatly encouraged. Autobid60 is a platform where vehicles sell between a wholesale trade in number and the “wish” asking prices you see listed on other platforms. Our mission here is to Create a fast and painless, fair transaction process where both parties wins.

The transaction of payment is the sole responsibility of the seller and buyer to come to agreed terms with. Autobid60 takes no position as a “buyer” or mediator at any time and only agrees to provide an auction platform to sellers and buyers. In the event the buyer cannot come up with the funds to purchase the won auction vehicle, our support team can help assist the seller with options. For example to re list free of charge or to contact the second highest bidder to see if they are still interested in the vehicle. If this event did occur the “buyer” would NOT be refunded their auction fee by reason of auction default.

Yes, and we are proud to offer the lowest auction fee of any similar platform currently available. The only time a seller will be charged a fee is upon successful completion of your listed auction. Or if you choose to purchase a vehicle and win an auction successfully, a flat $75 fee is charged to the buyer.

Listing your vehicle on Autobid60 is easy and painless. We take all the guesswork out of the equation with our user friendly plug and play seamless App. Simply download the App (currently for IOS users only), create an account, choose “seller” and fill in the blanks. We even took the time to create pre framed boxes for your vehicles auction gallery pics , just point and click and your gallery will create itself.  Then select an auction time and reserves price that suites you best to go live and bingo…finished! The process takes approx 5 minutes to complete and your vehicle takes just 60 minutes to sell!

Auction times run 60 minutes for live bidding. The auctions are fully customizable and done your way. You control all aspects of your unique auction listing. You can also decide how long you would like to display or showcase your vehicle before your listing will go live for bidding. Must be within one calendar week after initial auction setup.

If an auction is unsuccessful there are multiple factors that can contribute to this. 1. You are asking too much for your vehicle 2. The auction time you chose did not allow enough eyes on the prize (try a different time of day to begin the auction) 3. You didn’t leave enough pre auction display time to expose your listing to interested bidders (minimum 24 hrs) 4. Your listing did not provide enough information or pictures of the vehicle to make an informed bid decision. 5. Your vehicle may be unique and not for everyone, so try listing it a few times with different information and see if the right buyer is looking for your rare or unique vehicle at the right time.

Any Autobid60 verified user across Canada or the United States can bid on listed vehicles. The in App filters can also be utilized to alert potential buyers when vehicles of interest are being auctioned, as well as filtering specific areas or zones where cars are being listed.
